swimsafe

Last week the middle syndicate went to swimsafe. I learnt how to save people. I had fun playing a game when its girls vs boys and Shai-anne and me were in a team and Shayden Daniel and Cody were in a team. We had to collect the balls without touching the bottom and we have to put them in the bucket. And we came a tie. We had a picnic on the last day and we were allowed in the outside pool and in the Splash Pad.  I loved going down the slide.  We had a cool week at Swimsafe.

How to make Grass Head People

Materials: stockings, soil, grass seeds, googly eyes

 Steps.
1.cut a stocking  two cm long

2.put two teaspoons of grass seeds into the stocking

3.after fill the rest of the stocking with soil

4.tie a rubber band around the bottom

5.decorate your grass head with eyes and material for nose and mouth

6.now decorate your container and fill it up with water

7. wet your grass head
8.put your grass head in your container

9.now leave your grass head in the sun and soon your grass head will
                get a awesome hair do
Remember to keep your grass head wet or your grass will not grow!

HIP HOP

In the middle syndicate we are doing cool activities like hip hop,aerobics, cheer leading, and kapa haka.I'm doing hip hop and you can't join kapa haka because some people have already joined kapa haka. Hip hop is fun because we got to chose cool songs like "beat it".

Thank goodness I didn't cut myself when cutting off the silver beet stalks. As an enviro agent you get to do cool things like this. I also tasted broccoli. It had cheese sauce on it. This combination made it taste both crunchy and runny at the same time.
